Using Your KLOUD

4. Suggestions on Choosing KLOUD Programs
The KLOUD was designed to be used twice every day on the full body for maximum benefits. Spot treatments can be done several times a day as needed on parts of the body that need extra attention.
Full body application is recommended once in the morning and in the late afternoon or evening.
The KLOUD signal stimulates the body on a molecular level. That stimulation creates biochemical changes that last for many hours. That’s why it’s recommended to be used twice a day, so you get the full benefit of consistent molecular stimulation.
Occasionally we’ll hear that someone doesn’t feel any benefits from the KLOUD, and sure enough it’s because they didn’t realize they didn’t have it ON. So, let's first make sure you have the programs ON.
While using it the GREEN LIGHT is BLINKING. If its not blinking, then it's not running.
So a solid green light is not ON. You must press the start button to make the green light blink.
Once your 15 minute session is over, you’ll hear a beep and the green light will return to solid.
Full body use: Recommended to use the Kloud on the whole body 2x per day: Once in the morning and once 2-3 hours before bed.
Spot Treatments: You can fold the Kloud and use it on problem areas several times a day. Usually Transform is suggested for spot treatments. We use higher intensities (4/5) to reach deep into the body or for dense tissue, like bone and lower intensities for soft tissue and more shallow targets.
“When will I feel results?”
The effects of the Kloud are immediate in the body, as well as progressive and cumulative as you continue to use the Kloud over weeks and months.
Some people feel immediate energy or relief from discomfort. Some people’s body’s take longer to respond in a big way, or some people take longer to be able to recognize changes. Either way, the Kloud is working in ways you may or may not feel initially.
The Kloud signal stimulates your body to restore itself the way it does naturally. The molecular activation effect of the Kloud signal stimulates biochemical changes which in turn make you feel more energized or less discomfort.
As your body gets stronger you may see some older or more severe symptoms start to ease or even disappear over time.
The secret to success is to use the Kloud consistently and follow some simple guidelines for use. So let’s get started….
Some people say they are a bit confused about the names of the programs.
I'll explain how the programs are labeled
We use the acronym;
R - B - E - S - T
At the same time, each one of these settings can also be referred to as
P1, P2, P3, P4, P5
This help to remember what each program is for:
R = Relax or P1
B = Balance or P2
E = Energy or P3
S = Synchronize = or P4
T = Transform = or P5
It’s important to know that the programs are NOT IN THE ORDER OF STRENGTH.
Refer to this to get a better idea of the power of each program in order of strength:
In order of frequency strength:
S = Synchronize or P4 is the LOWEST frequency and best to start off with. This is also good for elderly, sick or very young people. Some people will stay on P4 indefinitely, and that’s fine.
B = Balance or P2 is also low, but higher than Synchronize program. Good to use 2-3 hours before bedtime. Or anytime you feel stress and want to feel more 'balanced'
R = Relax or P1 is also good to use about 2-3 hours before bedtime. This starts higher than Balance program and comes down over the 15 minutes to relax you. Use this if you are feeling very awake or stressed in the early evening.
E = Energy or P3 is good for the morning or any time during the day when you need more energy. The signal goes up during the 15 minute session to energize you
T = Transform or P5 you will only use on small areas of your body that have discomfort. You'll usually fold up the mat and place it on the area. Most people will never use this on their whole body unless they are in great physical condition. (meaning, don't lie down on the mat while it's on transform. Just for spot treatments)....Only if you are very athletic you can use the Kloud to energize for activity or recover from strenuous activity. This is the STRONGEST signal
Each program has 5 intensities as well.
Best to start slow and work your way up.
Not everyone will FEEL benefits immediately, but it is working.
The KLOUD works 100% of the time on 100% of the people.
What may vary is how long it takes for you to feel the benefits. But don't worry, the benefits are happening whether you are aware of them or not.
Keep a journal with what your feel as you go:
Morning: Start with Energize in the Morning on 1 or 2 for 2-3 days. Work up to intensity 3-4 over time.
Evening: Experiment with Synchronize to start for a few days,
Then Balance, then relax over the next 3 weeks of so.
Remember that everyone has different needs and may respond differently to these programs.
Your goal is to start slow and then play with different programs to find your personal favorites.
Keeping a journal is helpful
Pro Tip: Detoxifying:
You will be detoxifying while using the KLOUD. You’ll want to detoxify slowly so that it’s not unpleasant for you.
So, if at any time you feel fatigued, headachy, nauseous or dizzy, you’re likely on a program or intensity that is stronger than you are ready for, so tone it down and go to lower intensities or less powerful programs, as stated above.
Drink water to help move those toxins out of your body....

When using the Kloud your objective isn’t to race to the finish line. Meaning, the goal is not to go to higher intensities and stronger programs. Your goal is to find which programs and which intensities your body likes best.
Stronger is not always better. Take your time, there’s no more benefit to rush to higher programs.
You may find your favorite program is a low one, like Balance, for example.
I have had numerous people tell me that they’ve been using Transform on 4 and 5 on the whole body and can’t understand why they don’t feel anything!! Once these people tone it down they start feeling great changes. Surprisingly, using a program too high can not only detoxify you in an uncomfortable way, but it can also be less effective in my experience.
